Duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Answering phone calls
- Digital and online duties
- Take and upload photographs of properties
- Provide general office support to the business managers
- Organising and attending meetings
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Taking dictation and minutes
- Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff
- Maintaining online systems

- Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 4.30pm (to be confirmed – flexible hours)
