We have an opportunity for the right candidate to develop their administration skills. The role involves supporting the staff undertaking a variety of administrative tasks.

Duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Organising and attending meetings
  • Organising and managing diaries
  • Provide general support to office staff
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Mathematics duties
  • Printing & scanning

Training to be provided

Leve 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard, which includes:

  • Business Administrator standard (Level 3)
  • Functional Skills at Level 2 in English, maths, and ICT (if required)
  • Working week:
    • Monday – Friday, between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00 (to be confirmed – flexible hours).
    • Total hours per week: 40.00
  • Weekly wage: £166.00
