We have an opportunity for the right candidate to develop their administration skills. The role involves supporting the staff undertaking a variety of administrative tasks.

Vacancy description

Duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Answering phone calls
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Organising and attending meetings
  • Organising and managing diaries
  • Provide general support to office staff
  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Mathematics Duties

  • Good telephone manner
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Understanding of confidentiality is a necessity
  • Full UK Driving License – essential

Training to be provided:

  • Business Administrator standard (Level 3)
  • Functional Skills at Level 2 in English, maths, and ICT (if required)

Hourly Wage: £4.15 per hour

Total hours per week: 30.00 (flexible hours)
