Duties and responsibilities of the role will include:
- Answering phone calls
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Organising and attending meetings
- Organising and managing diaries
- Provide general support to office staff
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Mathematics Duties

Training to be provided:
- Business Administrator standard (Level 3)

Hourly Wage: £4.15 per hour
Total hours per week: 30.00 (flexible hours)
