- Support the site team in preparing correspondences and reports.
- Support the Mechanical and Engineering team with paperwork, filing and update in the system.
- Book and facilitate the organisation of meetings, including preparation and distribution of all relevant documents in advance.
- Organising and managing diaries
- Sort, maintain, copy and distribute correspondence as directed.

The position is available for one of our projects: Eco Park South, where Taylor Woodrow is constructing a Resource Recovery Facility, which will be one of the largest publicly owned facilities of its kind in London with capacity to manage 135,000 tonnes of recyclable material every year, as well as a public Reuse and Recycling Centre.
